Three things are enough. If you have already answered the ten questions on the Signal Audit page, your email will carry them.
- 01Your business and its website. The name and the address. We will have run the Pulse Check on it before we reply.
- 02Roughly what it turns over. A band is fine. It tells us which questions to ask first.
- 03The sentence that made you write. The thing you have been saying to yourself. That is usually the diagnosis, half-formed.
What you send goes to Chris and Albie by email and nowhere else. We keep it while we work with you and delete it when we stop. The full privacy note.

- Week 2The room. Half a day, both of us, your numbers. Usually within two weeks of booking.
